The idea for this article was inspired by my action to finally act on the pull I had to shift my personal Instagram account that I started back in 2012 into my soul path business account.

I had the pull to do this for months before I actually did, and it brought me to the realization that in order to take big, bold actions like this - the type of actions that put you out of your comfort zone and bring you face-to-face with judgement of others, or vulnerability of putting yourself out there - require the embodiment of unconditional self-love.

Let me explain. I started MareaManifests back in 2023 with the intention of sharing all things related to demystifying manifestation. This was after I began my spiritual awakening in 2020. Manifestation was such a game changer for getting me out of the place of being the most stuck I had ever been.

But the problem was, I didn’t feel confident enough to start sharing this content on my personal account. So I made a separate one. This worked for a couple years.

So after putting off my intuitive nudges for long enough, I finally made the shift last month. But the only reason I was able to do this is because of all the unconditional self-love work I had been doing around my image and my belief systems.

I had to get to the point of loving myself so much, that the fear of putting out this spiritual + neuroscience related content no longer had the upper hand.

 

I had to get to the place of loving myself so much that the discomfort of putting off my dreams, the discomfort of hiding the most authentic parts of myself, became greater than the discomfort I had in worrying what other people would think - what other people would say.

That is the true power of unconditional self-love. That is why unconditional self-love will change your life. I hope this inspires you to do something bold for yourself today that you've been putting off, because you realized that you love yourself too much to put it off out of fear 🦋
