Client Service Agreement

This Agreement is made between MareaManifests LLC (“Coach”) and the undersigned (“Client”) for a single-session private coaching experience titled the Lucky in Love Activation.

1. Session Details

The Lucky in Love Activation includes:

  • One (1) 60-minute private 1:1 coaching session.

  • 1 week of email or audio message support following the session (Monday–Friday only)

  • Personalized guidance, tools, and intuitive support to help the Client shift into a more aligned, magnetic love frequency

2. Investment & Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking

  • Payments are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation or no-show by the Client

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • The Client may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a missed session without communication, will result in forfeiture of the session without refund

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared by the Client, including their full name and identifying details, will be kept strictly confidential.

The Coach reserves the right to reference the Client’s story or transformation anonymously (with all identifying details changed or removed) in future content, case studies, teachings, or marketing materials. This may include general themes, breakthroughs, or energetic shifts shared during the session.

If the Client wishes for no part of their story to be used, they may contact the Coach to opt out.

5. Scope of Services

The Client understands that:

  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice

  • The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes; transformation is co-created and depends on the Client’s energy, openness, and integration

  • This session is a standalone experience and does not include ongoing coaching or additional sessions beyond what is listed above

6. Client Responsibility

By entering this agreement, the Client affirms they are mentally, emotionally, and energetically responsible for the decisions and actions taken based on this session. The Client agrees to show up with an open heart and mind, ready to receive guidance and insight.

7. Acknowledgment

By checking the box, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Service Agreement.
